My Soul to Keep

Like many 9-year-old boys, Eli Braverman believes something menacing lives in his basement. When his older sister leaves him home alone one night, Eli discovers if this evil is real or all in his head. What Eli confronts may end up being far more terrifying than even his worst nightmare.

Programmer’s Notes: A slick and scary flick, My Soul to Keep is an original take on the haunted house genre. A real breakthrough by a young director and one of the better horror films we’ve screened. A mix of Home Alone and Stranger Things with a plot that will leave you guessing until the very end. Trust us, you won’t see it coming and you won’t believe it when it happens.
